Job Advertisement - Registered Health Workers (Full-Time)

We are seeking passionate Community Registered and Enrolled Nurses, Support Workers, and Assistants in Nursing to join our team in servicing Rutherford, Thornton, Clarence Town, Woodberry, Morpeth, Tanilba Bay, Oakhampton, and surrounding areas.

Requirements


  1. Registered or Enrolled Nurse certification (for nursing roles)

  2. Relevant qualifications and certifications (for Support Workers and Assistants in Nursing)

  3. A genuine passion for providing compassionate care

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  5. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

  6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)


Responsibilities


  1. Providing high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes

  2. Assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care tasks

  3. Building trusting relationships with clients and their families

  4. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
